Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

Jotform is used for coaching and advance booking registrations for [...], a not for profit pickleball club for Queer Women, Trans and Non-binary.
The forms are useful to limit registration numbers and track member details.
This allows us to manage the numbers based on the resources that we can provide to the community.

Cons

  • Scheduling and automating inventory management numbers
  • Smoother integration between Google doc and Jotform
  • Positive in increasing membership as it integrates to Mailchimp
  • Negative in integration glitch as it wastes resources trying to manually fix it
  • Negative in manual inventory management as it wastes resources trying to manually fix it

It is well suited for small businesses or not-for-profits due to the limited form submissions, and the that it refreshes every month. Useful for people who are not tech-savvy as its very user friendly. Its great that Jotform offers a not-for-profit discount.
It is not suited for submission storage if it submissions keeps increasing overtime.
