Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

We were using a popular event site to ask for RSVPs. Our clients were not utilizing that method. Some complained that it was cumbersome, and they didn't want to sign up for another "subscription." I've been receiving Jotforms from other businesses. We created the form and then utilized a QR code to make it easier for the Seniors. The process is so much easier! I am notified right away when someone registers. I have been telling all of my insurance broker colleagues about it. This was a game changer!

Pros

  • Very simplistic.
  • So easy to use!
  • No obligation! It's really free!

Cons

  • Having the option for a colored background would be awesome.
  • It takes away the stress of having follow up with people to RSVP.
  • I was able to duplicate the form and modify it slightly for each event. EASY!
  • As a start up, we don't have deep pockets. Having all of this available at no cost is Amazing!
Jotform is so easy to use. I did not need a tutorial. I will be able to train my administrative assistant how to use this with our business in no time at all! This really takes the stress off! When I discovered that CLONE button, I knew this was the tool for me. The forms that we will be using will basically be templates. I don't have to "create the wheel" for each event. Usability... 10+ rating!

This is a great tool for simple forms. To be fair, I have not attempted to utilize it for complex forms. That is how I have used it as a first-time user. It worked perfectly for the needs that I had. The only way that I could see that it would not be beneficial is if someone does not have a phone or computer to complete the form.
