Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

I use it as an onboarding tool. It's a really great way to deliver information that users are going to need bit by bit without overwhelming them. I link the form to a Google Sheets too so that all of the data goes through to that which is really helpful to see my customers and their inputs at a glance.

Pros

  • Design is so simple and effective
  • Conditional logic is helpful
  • Usability even for a dummie like me

Cons

  • Sometimes my form doesn't look great on a phone
  • That's literally it.
  • I'm sorry I don't have numbers, I'm only a small user but it makes my life a lot easier.
  • I think it makes my business look more professioanl
  • I think it makes users happy because it's so clear and simple
It's so easy to use, just drag and drop, with info for any bits that you're confused about. I'm not whizz when it comes to anything like this but I find it very easy. Even the condiitonal logic which is a bit more difficult is easy enough. Design features are easy too.
I think it's better than mailchimp. Similar to Zapier in that it's just very sleak and user friendly but Jotform even more so. Wix is awesome too to be fair but yeah I'd say Jotform is up there with all of these. Better than mailchimp which can be really frustrating for me. Jotform is never frustrating.

For me it is great, and I can't think of any scenarios where it can't be tailored to work for whatever industry you were in. I guess if you were in a super formal setting, e.g. a doctors or solicitors, it might not be the most appropriate tool to collect info.
