Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

I work for a school in Bhutan, we needed a way to digitalise our admissions process which was all paper forms. Using Jotform was the easiest way to include signatures, uploads, and a customisable form experience. I love being able to connect google sheets and have all the data in a spreadsheet too. We also used Jotform for creating incident forms for the school and a safeguarding form including images for children to fill out easily. I would highly recommend using Jotform for easy creation of forms and streamlining archaic processes.

Pros

Cons

  • more options for graded paid plans would be nice
  • we are able to save two hours of admin work per form
It took a total of 30 mins to create a form with over 50 questions and uploads, including adding logo and brand colours. The types of questions we needed were all covered in the ready made questions available to add to the form, even down to time, date, and signature requirements.
Jotform looks more professional when the form is complete, I like being able to have questions side by side and on cards, as opposed to the stacked option Google Forms provides. I also like the logo addition and customisation options on Jotform. But the main advantage over Google Forms is the easy integration of signatures.

Jotform is ideal for any usual intake forms needed for administration or running of systems like safeguarding. We also used it to create incident forms for student behaviour. Google form integration is particularly useful for admissions, we are able to seamlessly have all the data on the admission form sync with a google sheet, allowing us to analyse data easily.
