Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
Backup of all Microsoft 365 data including Azure AD, Groups & Teams (including chat), Exchange, Exchange public folders, Onedrive and Sharepoint.
Microsoft has som retention but it's certainly not enough for company use. Restore in place is available even when the users are logged in. Very easy and convenient to set up.

Recovered mailboxes, files and whole sharepoints. Recovered accounts. Recovered accidentally deleted files after months. Recovered sync errors (full Sharepointsite).
Very low threshold to get working with stuff. Super fast and incomplicated setup. Just setup and go.
