Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing

Khoros is a really great social media workflow tool that makes it easy to manager social media content, calendars, workflows and approval processes. We use it internally as well as with external agencies. Makes managing social easier.

The only time I've engaged with Khoros support was when I was having login issues and they were quick to let me know it was an internal issue.
Centralised visibility of all brand content plus comments on our social profiles so we can act swiftly if we see any threats to our brands.
Works really well with multiple users and rolls both internal and external.
