I use it to plan content on social media and monitor the reactions on our posts.

In the inbox part when sorting comments we should have an option not to see the comment on the platform anymore (the box of the comment should disappear to go on another folder)
When clicking on the comment we should directly arrive on the platform

Using centralized visibility of teams to ensure all content is on-brand, or spotting potentially damaging social mentions and following up quickly.

Scalability

I was not using it often before so I don't really know how it evolved but i don't see a lot of changes.

When we are several people to work on a same professional social media account, it's very convenient especially if we work with external people so we don't have to share access and passwords of the account.

Nice tool for monitoring and planification of posts
