It's being used by marketing professionals, especially the digital marketing team, as it's giving web analytics solutions to their users. The product helps us to track our customer
conversion process and discover areas where we're losing potential customers.

  • On the positive side, it has many features. It allows us to quickly identify which marketing campaigns are working and which ones aren’t.

It has some unique features when compared to Squarespace and Hotjar.
1. Multiple Site Management 2. Keyword Tracking, and 3. Campaign Management. User video tracking is not possible in Kissmetrics, but Hotjar provides it for free and paid subscribers.
