Klaviyo helps to streamline customer outreach initiatives while aligning automation across various applications. It keeps everything organized and streamline in an easy and user-friendly interface.
  • Decrease churn with abandoned cart flows
  • Increase loyalty program compliance
  • Increase reviews
  • I would like more integration with Shopify without adding additional applications, for example, gift cards.
  • Text replies must be exact and it's impossible to predict exactly what and how a customer will write back. Predictive sentiment would be a great addition.
  • I would like the ability to add loyalty points to bottoms of emails.
