Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo

We use Klaviyo for email flows and campaigns. The flexibility and possibilities in flows make keeping timely contact with our audience a breeze. The email designer is simple, but allows for all the customization you'd want from an email builder. The ability to switch between mobile and desktop specific designs is a feature many don't offer. The integration to our store and metrics are robust, work as intended, and provide the insight we need to adjust our flows and campaigns accordingly. Highly recommend.

Basic integrations. Many are provided, some are custom scripts. All well documented and easy to implement
We can see how customers interact with both our site and marketing materials. It helps get an idea for buying habits, and what kind of messaging resonates best with our audience.
Retention, upsell, and conversion.
HubSpot has a more robust CRM, but there are things I prefer in Klaviyo. Namely the email builder and flow setup.

It is great for keeping constant contact with your audience. It has everything you need to automate all points of contact. I'm not sure what it isn't well suited for.
