Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
I am the Director of Email Marketing, and Klaviyo is who we use exclusively for email and SMS outreach. Klaviyo ensures we reach the right customers, at the right time, with the right message.

I don't connect integrations (our IT does) but from my understanding it's always very easy
Helps us able to reach them at times that they are most active, and by means that they prefer (email vs SMS). It also has helped us to understand the lifestyle of a customer, and when they are most likely to purchase
Conversion
At the time we used Attentive, Klaviyo did not have an SMS product. Attentive was very difficult to use, and provided little to no detailed reporting/analytics. It was very expensive, and had no integration with our email customers. They only provided us a shared short code, which meant our SMS messages would come from the same number as other brands - very poor user experience.
For pop ups, we have never liked Klaviyo's forms. Privy is much more dynamic and user friendly.
