Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
We use Klaviyo as our CRM and also our email provider to create email flows and also campaigns, we have about 20 active flows, and send about 2 campaigns a week. We also use it to segment customers, and integrate with other tools. We have been using it for over 3 years since we launched

All of these integrations have been very easy to set up, and also easy to manage. They are all deeply integrated and Klaviyo is central to much of these work flows and the success of these tools.
We use quiz data to help create segments, it also allows us to see how customers engage with emails, purchase, and open different subject lines. Our CAPI solution +Shopify data provide visibility into page views and ATC. They allow us to create great segments based on behavior and likelihood to purchase and engage.
All parts of the journey! Acquisition, retentions, upselling, LTV, promoting our brand and also loyalty.
We have not really evaluated other offerings outside of Klaviyo because I understand Klaviyo to be best in class for our use case. I think it has the best integrations out there. We do use other platforms for SMS and customer reviews (Which I know are solutions that Klaviyo offers)
