Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo

Klaviyo is awesome, I love how easy it is to use and it can sync with my website traffic to make customized emails and texts based on the products that person looked at on my website. The AI features are also very helpful. It's all very user friendly and they have regular educational webinars explaining new features all the time

works best for sites that have shopify or something similar. Harder to use when you don't use a big web developer like that, but does still work
