Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
We use klaviyo for our campaigns, sms, and automations. It’s integrated with our e-commerce platform, SHopify, to capture customer behavior and purchase data, which allows us to create highly targeted campaigns and automated flows. It really helps with driving repeat purchases and increasing customer lifetime value as well as personalizing messaging at scale so that customers receive content that’s relevant to their behavior and preferences.

- Attribution can feel oversimplified — often showing inflated numbers if someone was touched by both paid media and email.

integrated in our flows and camapigns it was always very easy.
we integrated our quiz from our website so having those cohorts of our customers has been amazing to segment. as well as building segments based off of engagement. Klaviyo’s behavioral data has been a key driver in helping us understand our customers more deeply. By tracking actions like browsing activity, abandoned carts, purchase frequency, and engagement with emails/SMS, we’ve been able to identify distinct patterns in how different customer segments interact with our brand.
