Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo

We use klaviyo for our campaigns, sms, and automations. It’s integrated with our e-commerce platform, SHopify, to capture customer behavior and purchase data, which allows us to create highly targeted campaigns and automated flows. It really helps with driving repeat purchases and increasing customer lifetime value as well as personalizing messaging at scale so that customers receive content that’s relevant to their behavior and preferences.

Pros

Cons

  • Attribution can feel oversimplified — often showing inflated numbers if someone was touched by both paid media and email.
  • SMS is improving, but still not as advanced as dedicated SMS platforms

  • Having email and SMS in one platform has made our marketing efforts more efficient and cost-effective for our hd channel
integrated in our flows and camapigns it was always very easy.
we integrated our quiz from our website so having those cohorts of our customers has been amazing to segment. as well as building segments based off of engagement. Klaviyo’s behavioral data has been a key driver in helping us understand our customers more deeply. By tracking actions like browsing activity, abandoned carts, purchase frequency, and engagement with emails/SMS, we’ve been able to identify distinct patterns in how different customer segments interact with our brand.
it really has helped us with retention and upsell.

Ideal when you need to personalize based on purchase history, browsing behavior, or engagement.
We segmented customers by product category purchased and sent targeted campaigns that spoke directly to their preferences — leading to higher open and click rates compared to batch-and-blast. It is less appropriate when making automated sms flows where outsourcing is better.
