Overall Satisfaction with Klaxoon

We are using Klaxoon to run collaborative meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams as well as our customers in a virtual setup. This was extremely useful during COVID, especially with everyone working remotely from home. How Klaxoon makes it different is through their visual project boards that support multiple use cases, easy to use templates, and highly collaborative project boards
  • Boards with ideas and vectorial arrows
  • Visual project boards with collaboration and editing capabilities
  • Highly reusable and agile
  • Organising boards into categories
  • Switching amidst sessions
  • Importing existing documents across formats including PPT and Excel
  • Efficiency of collaboration has increased
  • Team Productivity has improved
  • Visibility and transparency has improved
Klaxoon has a highly intuitive visual platform with better collaboration. I still feel Miro has a better user experience though. In terms of pricing, Klaxoon is better priced compared to Miro and many other competitors and delivers betters return through a scalable approach. Klaxoon can do much better in terms of integrations and compatibility with other project and content management tools.

Klaxoon is extremely useful for running brainstorming sessions, problem-solving workshops, and consultative sessions with customers. Its visual project board with a collaborative environment, design intuitive user interface, and templates library makes it easy to discuss, portray your conversation visually, collaborate and get feedback. As the output is usable and scalable, there is no extent to which this may ever become redundant. Anyone can start using it easily and scale and add people and notes to the nth extent.
