We use KnowBe4, not only across the whole company but also, for our subsidiaries. Phishing, BEC, and ransomware attempts have been identified constantly, and KnowBe4 has been improving our end users' awareness of such risk.

Many phishing email templates that are so realistic and customizable.
Easy to implement, easy to operate.
Automated reminder and reporting are great.

Many of the quizzes in the training videos focus on definition or terminology, not necessary helping users to become more knowledgeable on detecting phishing emails.
