Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We require all employees to complete selected Security Awareness courses from KnowBe4 on an annual basis. This is done in conjunction with other annual training and attestations as required by HR policy. We also use KnowBe4 courses for remedial training when employees fail any of our occasional phishing tests.
  • Training courses are relevant and timely.
  • The library includes a wide range of options including both "quick hit" and more in-depth courses.
  • There is a good selection of business-focused courses that are well received by non-technical individuals in our organization.
  • We would like to more seamlessly integrate with our corporate LMS.
  • After several simulated phishing attacks, we are starting to turn the corner on click-through rates. We haven't reached our goals yet, but continued education is definitely helping.
KnowBe4 met all of our requirements at a very competitive price.
We rarely have to ask for help, which is a good thing, of course. The platform is fairly intuitive and easy to use. We only had one issue in the last few years that took a long time to find the right person that could help.

As mentioned earlier, we assign every employee in the company several courses each year. Everyone is able to complete the courses without any issues or requests for assistance. By definition, that would suggest that usability is good.
We are able to tailor our annual security training program to address real global threats, such as COVID-related phishing attacks that are prevalent at the time I am marking this remark.
While there are plenty of competitors in this space, KnowBe4 provides one of the most practical platforms on the market that is easy to consume and manage by non-technical individuals. Their library of courses and videos is always relevant, timely, and is based on "real" threats (not theoretical).
