Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

[Used for] global delivery of e-awareness for staff as well as global phishing tests.
  • Extensive library
  • Current topics
  • Simple reporting
  • Very self-service model and with the vast library it can be difficult or time-consuming to choose content
  • Problems working with email filtering providers needing complex work arounds
  • No obvious way to train staff with content relevant to their role
  • For the success criteria I set it met the ROI however it does need a lot of manual effort to select and tailor training and manage the results.
I came to the organisation and this product was already implemented so did not evaluate it against any other vendors. I will do this at renewal.
There was little support from a customer success manager however we received very prompt and good support when there was a technical or other issue

Yes

It's very easy to use once you have sifted through the vast content library.
It is good that COVID related training was very quickly published and tagged.
If you have a dedicated programme and have the time to sift through the library it is content that you should never run out of and it can provide some inspiration.
Using this without dedicated resource is time consuming and will mean you cannot take full advantage of the capability, it is missing games and would really benefit from some virtual escape room type experiences
