Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is being used as our Security Awareness Training content provider. One of the key drivers for selecting the KnowBe4 solution, was being able to provide the same training module in different languages, since we're a global company.
  • Excellent selection of content in multiple languages.
  • Easy export for content in SCORM compliant formats for LMS integration.
  • The UI is straightforward and easy to use.
  • Streamlining and simplifying some of the workflows.
  • It has reduced the time needed to get our Security Awareness Training program off the ground.
There are a couple of other Security Awareness Training program vendors that we did evaluate. Two of them are part of a larger e-mail security platform. KnowBe4 was the right fit for what we're trying to accomplish and is easy enough to implement and get going. There was a need to have the platform overlap with other products and/or initiatives that we have going.
I have no issues with KnowBe4's support experience at this time.

The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform is easy to pick up and get going. If you want to integrate the training into your organization's LMS, the workflow can seem to be a little cumbersome at times, as this particular workflow isn't entirely intuitive.
We haven't had enough time with the platform to effectively answer this question. However, given out rapidly the security landscape evolves, having fresh training content is extremely relevant as the tactics and threats have continued to keep pace with the evolution of technology.
It's easy to get a Security Awareness Training program up and running with the KnowBe4 platform. The integrations are easy enough and the Automated Security Awareness Program (ASAP) helps to simplify things even further by giving you a step by step guide in getting your program off the ground.
