Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We are using KnowBe4 to administer automated phishing campaigns and training awareness. We are using training for new hires and then a refresher at 1 year. We are looking at implementing the admin and super user training for employees with elevated permissions.
- Ease of applying different training courses.
- Tracking of completion.
- Notification of past due courses.
- Would be great to have training that builds on the previous ones for subsequent courses.
- Would be great to allow to "customize" for the company to be more relevant.
- Allows us to address a security gap.
- Was able to quickly roll it out and monitor compliance.
KnowBe4 is easy to segment off for the technical team to manage. When the training is embedded in a HR solution it's much harder to administer given needing limited access rights. This typically pushes the management back to another department; which can limit the project/initiative being implemented and maintained.

Having the capability of selecting from a library of content allows us to be able to "spice it up" with different trainings. This helps to keep the end users' attention and keeps them learning new topics/content.
