We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for our entire organization to become more aware of threats, and to generally improve our security posture through improved human behavior.
- Keeping up to date with training and phishing assessments geared to real-life scenarios.
- Communication from the company account rep, and support when needed.
- Making sure the training and user interface is easy to use.
- Good interface for synchronizing our users with our Active Directory.
- Can’t think of any issues.
- Empowering employees via the use of the Phish alert button in Outlook has given them an increased sense of value.
- Increased security awareness through security training and phishing assessments has lowered our risk for potential attacks.

At the time we made the decision to transition to KnowBe4, their security awareness training platform was much more advanced than the one we were using. They were also very flexible in pricing a multi-year agreement with a good discount for switching from a competitive product.

Our users and leadership appreciate the work KnowBe4 does to keep training content fresh and applicable. This is a lot better than seeing the same content time after time.
We use KnowBe4‘s tool to synchronize our active directories with their platform. Once we had it configured with proper filters and schedules to sync, we have had to make very few adjustments. It is very reliable and works well for us.
We always do a report after a phishing assessment and inform all our users of the general statistics for that assessment. From the details we are able to download, we can also write each department on how well they reported the fishing assessment. Management receives reports on our general security training.
