Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
KnowBe4 is mainly being used for Assigning AUP and awareness training for new onboarded users. The Phishing tool is also heavily used for reporting suspected spam emails. We have been using KnowBe4 for monitoring awareness among users through various multi-lingual campaigns and for different regions. This tool has been great in monitoring user behaviors.

- This tool has various language support for awareness trainings.
- KnowBe4 is not just a training tool but also helps in keeping employees motivated through a vast collection of videos.
- Reporting of Non Compliance through aggregated reports is not easy to set up.
- Integrating with SOAR tools can be a functionality.
- Option to auto-monitor SPAM email and action/quarantine them may be another functionality to be added.
- Improved competency and awareness level by 30%.
- Improved phishing email report by 20%.
- Improved onboarding and training assignments ease.
