We utilize the training as part of our staff onboarding and then utilize the phishing module to send test messages to keep users engaged and aware of the security issues. We also utilize a weekly educational email to educate staff.

Maintain content that users can engage in and see relevant information. If training is too outdated users will immediately be turned away from it or dismiss it as irrelevant. It is however, a constant struggle and balance between too much content and not enough to keep users aware and “on guard”
This is a "must-have" product for any organization. Do not underestimate or rely too heavily on technical solutions - your best defense is the education of your users. It is also the most difficult to do but it will pay the largest benefits. Reward proper behavior of users and keep them engaged. This system makes it easy.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training New Features

The system is very easy to use and really runs a bit of a risk of being forgotten after implementation. Make sure that users are getting challenging items and you should also review/evaluate moving up to high levels of complexity after the system has been in place. Otherwise, you will not get the maximum benefit from the system

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training Support

Times that there have been technical questions - support is quick. The online resources are fairly complete and easy to use. Account managers/client success manager is also a great resource and has often helped resolve issue or direct them to proper resources. The product is highly reliable and there have been few issues over the multiple years that we have used the product.
