Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Our company implemented KnowBe4 several years ago for security awareness training. Every quarter we complete our assigned courses to ensure we are knowledgeable of the latest threats and know how to protect/defend ourselves to keep our environment safe.
- Educate the end user on the type of threats.
- Train the end user on security best practices.
- Identify malicious emails.
- Nothing comes to mind of things to improve.
- Since using KnowBe4 we have not had any security incidents.
- Security incidents can cause hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages.

KnowBe4 is great because the content they produce is relevant and entertaining. It's not like the traditional boring security videos that bore the end-user to tears. The phishing emails they send are very clever and some are not obvious. If you click the link and fail, it immediately takes you to a training course so the user learns from their mistakes.
The user management section is very clean. It gives you a snapshot of how each user is performing, their training course overview as well as which phishing attempt emails tripped them up so you can work to further educate them.

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
KnowBe4 is the only training I have used that doesn't feel like you are reading or watching content from the 20th century. Their compliance content is informative and to the point. It highlights the critical topics to keep you informed and up to date on the latest developments.
Having compliance training and security training all on the same platform is extremely beneficial. Having all the tests in the same place offers the end user the confidence and comfort that they aren't falling victim to a phishing scam. It is also easiest for the end user to have familiarity with one platform.
Compliance Plus is certainly not the cheapest compliance training software out there, however the excellent content puts them ahead of their competitors and provides a good "bang for your buck". And honestly, knowing your employees are provided with the proper up-to-date training material and education is invaluable in ensuring they are well informed, reducing your company's overall compliance risk.
From my experience the cheapest software is never the best software
Overall value is the most important factor a company uses to choose the right provider and KnowBe4 is, in my opinion, the industry leader in value provided.
