Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Setting up a training schedule was really easy for us. After running a phishing campaign, phish-prone employees can automatically be enrolled in a specific course. We are using KnowBe4 across the organization. The course catalog is really big, there is a course for almost cover everything. As a bonus, we really like courses on Data protection.
- Automated simulation.
- Custom template.
- Good report.
- There is no RBAC.
- It is not easy to remove a user from a group.
- The dashboard/GUI is lacking, not modern.
- Phish-prone % is gradually dropping.
- We are expecting reach <1% in next 6 months.
