Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Setting up a training schedule was really easy for us. After running a phishing campaign, phish-prone employees can automatically be enrolled in a specific course. We are using KnowBe4 across the organization. The course catalog is really big, there is a course for almost cover everything. As a bonus, we really like courses on Data protection.

Pros

  • Automated simulation.
  • Custom template.
  • Good report.

Cons

  • There is no RBAC.
  • It is not easy to remove a user from a group.
  • The dashboard/GUI is lacking, not modern.
  • Phish-prone % is gradually dropping.
  • We are expecting reach <1% in next 6 months.

Most importantly it saves a lot of time for us. Now we don't have to spend hours preparing training materials.Contents from external publishers are a big plus as most of the training materials are well researched and serve the purpose.
At this moment, user management is a bit of a pain for us as Knowbe4 platform currently does not support integration with Google Workspace. However, we are migrating our IdP to OKTA and good news is that Knowbe4 supports SCIM integration with OKTA.
KPI (Key performance indicator) report. We like to how we are making progress, that is % phish-prone user is dropping in comparison to the past months.
This would be a great tool for medium to large organizations where a big portion of the workforce is not tech-savvy.

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus

In the ModStore, the compliance and regulatory training contents are a big added value for our subscription. We are extensively using GDPR, data privacy, and data protection related training materials for our employees. Some of the contents come with the option to download in pdf format which is helpful for easier distribution. As we are a multinational company, ready-to-use multilingual human translated contents for GDPR training is really helpful.
It is cost effective, and also for reporting purposes it saves us time.
Yes.
The automation features of the Knowbe4 such as auto-enrollment, training completion rate for the enrolled users, and advanced compliance report save us a lot of time. We can easily generate monthly KPI for senior management. Overall, we think it is good value for the price we pay.
We have not use other compliance training product, however considering the value that we are getting we think it is reasonably priced.
