Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We are using KnowBe4 to educate our end users about the dangers of phishing and advanced fraud emails. The system is super useful for identifying which employees need additional training and support not to fall victim to these sorts of attacks. We launch multiple campaigns via KnowBe4's platform, and the result of each campaign is analyzed so that we can keep track of our progress.
- Email templates
- Training for vulnerable employees
- Results analytics
- Admin UI very functional, but could be updated
- Employees no longer tricked by easy-to-detect phishing
- Number of potential victims dramatically decreased after each campaign
KnowBe4's biggest differentiator is the quality of email templates in its library. It has numerous extremely sophisticated emails, to the point where they're nearly indistinguishable from legitimate emails. This is extremely valuable because it prepares employees for advanced phishing attacks which they may encounter in the future.

We are gauging success with the program by seeing a decrease in the number of people who click on the links in phishing campaigns, which is one of the most critical metrics. We also measure how fast a potential hacker can get a "click."
