Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use videos that are under 3 minutes long as a monthly training video to address concerns as we see fit. Our main goal is to keep security awareness at the top of our minds and keep all of our users aware. As a scope, we use this for all users that have an active email address.
Pros
- Shortness of videos.
- Amount of content.
- Keeping it business friendly but fun at the same time.
- Easy to create campaigns.
Cons
- Give notifications on when provisioning has errors.
- Recommend training that should be sent to users that have clicked on too many phishing campaigns.
- Give a more detailed description on how to use vishing campaigns.
- We have had users reference training as a reason they don't click.
- It brings up conversations that otherwise wouldn't happen after training.
- We haven't had any direct ROI impacts as it drives us to catch threats earlier which we haven't suffered from.
KnowBe4 has a library that is very large with many different content types that allows them to have the diversity that they do. Others may brag about their training but it is only made by them or their library is very limited for training. Also, visibility on what you're sending out for phishing campaigns, it's easy to set up, and also you know exactly what you're sending to who and when.

Yes
Did KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training live up to sales and marketing promises?

Did implementation of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training again?
Yes
We didn't have a training program for security prior to KnowBe4, it's overall helped us as a company to be able to push a message that isn't deleted by an email, and we can build notifications, and a reputation behind that gets end users engaged with the content at their hands.
We handle user Management through integration into Active Directory. Every once and a while, when the script got complicated, it would start to fail at times, but now that we've made it simpler, we're able to easily make this sync. It saves us time, and we get errors that pop up with any issues that may occur.
Currently we don't user most of the reporting. I usually make smart groups and reports based on those groups.
