Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We train our employees through phishing exercises and track our progress through the service. We conduct multiple campaigns throughout the year and track offenders for additional training. We also leverage KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training's modules addressing various cybersecurity training aspects for our quarterly mandated training. In addition, we are in the process of implementing PhishER to assist and automate the analysis of potential phishing emails submitted by our employees.
