Quarterly security awareness training, HIPAA and ePHI training for Health Department, platform for users to acknowledge Acceptable Use of Technology Policy, phishing and USB drop campaigns as well as security assessments which tells us which users need additional training.
- Scheduling and automation of training
- Easy to modify templates such as reminder emails to complete campaigns
- Able to collect feedback on training campaigns from users
- USB drop campaign very easy to put together and track
- Some of the language in campaigns and landing pages can be a little punitive which is not what we want as an organization
- Set up of automated phishing campaigns could be smoother
- Would love to see a smishing campaign feature
- Auto-reminders have given us the highest and fastest rate of user acknowledgement of our technology policies that we've seen in several years
- Users frequently point out that they are better able to spot phishing and spam emails thanks to the regular trainings
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has more flexibility with putting together phishing campaigns over Sophos when it comes to content, landing pages, etc. I would say, though, that Sophos tracking of who opened, clicked, and did or did not report is a little more robust than KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training.

It has improved it. In the past users have commented that they feel the training exercises are repetitive and mundane, but with more recent trainings with newer content has been more engaging and users have even commented that training is fun.

Completion rate of acknowledging Acceptable Use of Technology policy, being able to see how users are scored on campaigns that have quizzes to evaluate those who didn't do as well and see if they need more training.
