Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has been deployed across two organizations to improve security awareness. We use it for training, ethical phishing as a training component, and review of questionable emails submitted by staff. We are also using for some HR training as well

- Interface between users and IT on resolving questionable emails
- Resolution/Identification of bad emails
- Reduce IT workload
- It would be nice to let users go back to see work they have completed in training.
- At the end of the day staff is more aware of potential threats. Submissions on questionable emails is up 80%(ish). While there is the potential for spending some more time in resolution, this is insignificant when compared to time spent post-click on a bad email

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has a large selection. This allows us to keep the user engaged and also target specific audiences.
Users are added during New Hire process and assigned groups. Terminated employees are removed during exit process. All new users added to current groups and also to previous training campaigns
Training completion and participation reports and effectiveness of campaigns based on phishing results are the two predominate tools we use.

Our account rep, Elise, is out standing! She schedules a regular meeting monthly. We go over our general operation and look to add new features as we progress. She has made this products roll out a very pleasant and productive endeavor.
