Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use KnowBe4's security awareness training and phishing simulation capabilities. We currently conduct both training and phishing simulations on a quarterly basis to respond to the challenge of real phishing campaigns. KnowBe4 is a great tool that lets us manage training/phishing simulations effectively while also offering excellent reporting capabilities.

Our first phishing simulation highlighted a real issue with high click rates and low reporting. Following a series of follow up training and further phishing simulations, we have drastically brought down our click rate will also increasing our PAB usage.

While there is a lot of new training content published, a lot of it will not be applicable to a specific organisation. In our case, we have to sift through loads of content to ensure that it meets our specific requirements for business context. This can be hard for our business that is focused on manufacturing/processing/agriculture while also mixed with a corporate environment.

KnowBe4 is best suited to a corporate environment where you can fully leverage all training options from the modstore to your environment. In my usecase, we have a lot of users who work in manufacturing/processing/agriculture and the training options can feel limited. Phishing simulations are well suited to a variety of scenarios as the templates are fully customisable.
