We have been able to expand our security awareness program without having to expand our department or pay for additional content.
User management is performed via an active directory sync which makes user management substantially easier than other platforms which required more hands-on efforts.
We use the executive reports for our board as they provide a great overview of the organization as a whole and we utilize training specific reports for our department heads to provide visibility on areas of improvement.
