Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to test and train our users so they will be prepared to face the challenges that we navigate daily. Hopefully, making the thought process seamless in the rapidly growing threat landscape. The largest threat is email.

Nothing is worse than not having enough content. Having access to fresh content from different publishers has had a positive affect on our training program. You don't want the same phishing emails an training campaigns because users will become use to them. I like the fact that they are refreshed and new offerings are added.
We import new users as soon as they are hired. All IT staff are enrolled as admins.
We mainly use the Reports to group users who fail multiple phishing campaigns within a given timeframe. We also use smart groups to assign training to users based on set criteria.
I believe KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is well suited for anyone/everyone/company/business etc that wants to further protect themselves from the vast array of social engineering threats. Security in todays landscape begins with educating your workforce on the continued threats we face and Security Awareness Training is the best way to kick off a successful security program.

There are not many scenarios I can even think of where KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training would not be appropriate. But, if I had to give one example it would be: A person/company that does not use computers, phones, internet and basically does not exist. So in light of this you would basically be Bigfoot or the Loch Ness Monster.
