Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

we use the phishing report button the most, and that is a cornerstone for our end user security. we also use the phishing campaigns the for monthly tests. we also use our rating against industry competitors as a guideline for what we need to improve on. I specifically like the reporting from each campaign, and being able to see who opened, clicked, and reported the messages helps us guide training to specific users.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has many more features and capabilities than defender does, albeit defender does more overall but for phishing and end user training KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training takes the cake.

it helps us be more aware of red flags in real life and be cautious.

they use real emails for phishing training purposes and that helps less technical users see what can happen, In my opinion they are getting a bit stale and I would like to see some more believable templates or methods targeted at higher level employees or executives but for the average end user it is very good and very applicable
