KnowBe4, Before you Buy

We utilize KnowBe4 training in combination with their phishing testing via email. Users who fail a phishing test are immediately enrolled in remediation training form a very rich selection that can be found in KnowBe4. We are also able to utilize smart groups that allow for us to identify higher risk users and give them additional training as they fail more and more tests.

KnowBe4 and the wide variety of constantly updating content has allowed our organization to maintain fresh and relevant topics to keep in front of our employees to keep them engaged in our security posture and our security culture. We have even been able to perform annual HR training thanks to the variety of content offered in KnowBe4's catalog.

We populate KnowBe4 with our Active Directory users, allowing for us to maintain the user list with a very low effort level as people come and go from the company.

When using KnowBe4, we look for users to complete the training and to have a positive experience while doing so. Being able to see that the investment we made selecting KnowBe4 directly correlates with our failure rate going down is an excellent graphic and something I am very proud of come Q4 for our board presentation.
