Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to educate my users in the easiest way I've found. Combining KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training with their phishing simulation is a no-brainer. Their support helped me configure "set it and forget it" phishing campaigns that train the entire company, then send follow-up trainings to those who need it most. I've used them at my last 3 employers and seen fantastic results!
Pros
- introduces a variety of relevant security topics
- offers a huge library of content
- provides short, engaging videos that my users don't hate
Cons
- I once had a boss who didn't want to see specific training topics; at the time, there was no option to automate trainings while excluding those topics (this may have changed)
- KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has greatly improved the ability of our Accounting team to identify attempts to steal money via fake invoices.
- We are able to track our "phish-prone" score and watch it decrease over time.
I regularly review updated content and add it to our training to keep things fresh for our users.
We sync users from Active Directory to KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training using their ADISync Tool.
We schedule the "Failure Types Report" and "Group and User Report Card."
I like having the training bundled with phishing simulations. Using different products for these functions does not allow for automated remediation training.
