Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training and assessment for our entire team to satisfy our annual training requirements. From IT Security overall, to phishing to assessing 7 different areas of IT security, we feel that it is the best way to prepare our team members. Our team is better equipped to handle any nefarious situation that should occur on the IT front.

  • Our phishing score is typically better than industry average and this has improved over the past three years.
  • Our Security Awareness Proficiency is finally better than industry average.
  • We were able to give our examiners a complete list of every training we offered, who took the courses and when, and the scores on any tests/assessments with a couple clicks of a button.
We like that the library is not the same monotonous courses over and over. There is variety and we are able to get more engagement from remedial training when a team member doesn't quite meet the standards set for the organization (and we love that the standard is customizable too).
We have 3 admins who can create/maintain/delete users. It is simple to setup and can coordinate with your third-party IT provider if you have one. Assigning managers is simple for tracking purposes and each department is able to manage their own team's assignments through email notifications.

Reporting could be a bit more robust but other than that, it is the best training site I have found out there. We use another online training site for softskills and credit union compliance and KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training far surpasses this site. It is user friendly, customizable, and content is refreshed timely.

The Learning Center (TLC 360)
The phishing training and phishing report button has great improved the impact of any team member getting tripped up by a phishing email. They are all very cautious about clicking on links in emails.
We love the annual Kevin Mitnick training! It satisfies our annual training requirement and is engaging.
You training game modules are the best! Our team is always happy when they are included in assigned training.
We love that we can put in our own policies and track who has read them.
