All you need to help educate staff

We purchased KnowBe4 to undertake awareness training for all staff and it soon became an invaluable tool to help our teams understand what to look out for when it came to real life phishing or spam emails were sent to them both professionally and personally which we hoped will lead to people falling for less scams

Regular fresh content means staff aren't seeing the same content all the time and meaning they still have to be vigilant. We increased the complexity rating of the simulated emails from 1 star all the way up to 5 star and will continue to change the subject matters to try and keep people on their toes

User management is set to sync with our Entra ID so makes it simple to ensure new starters aren't missed off whilst ensuring that people are also put into the correct departmental teams when they onboard. This means from day one they are covered when our regular simulations go out

Phishing reports are the key metric for us to understand if certain individuals or teams are more likely to fall for a phishing scam. We use this to see where people or teams are falling short and need a little extra guidance. We can also pull reports for our cyber insurance partners if and when we need too which shows we ensure staff are vigilant and well trained
