Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
KnowBe4 Security Awareness is implemented across the business as a Cyber Security training tool. It empowers users with knowledge & learning on how to stay alert to digital threats. It helps educate users to ensure that any attempted attacks on the business are unsuccessful. Phishing simulation emails are particularly successful learning.
Pros
- Simulated Phishing Emails.
- Education Videos.
- User Testing Process.
Cons
- Shorter more concise educational videos.
- More simulated attack testing.
- Better platform UX.
- Increased Vigilance to Online Threats.
- Reduction in user vulnerability scores.
- Empowered and Educated team in Cyber Security.
It keeps our awareness consistent. Threats are ever-changing, and new content allows employees to keep up their vigilance levels. There could be better training content available. Many of the training materials available each month feel very samey and could be varied to keep things from getting stale with staff and their education in this topic.
Unsure. I think it's linked to 365 accounts.
User vulnerability scores and simulation attack success rates allow us to focus on specific users' vulnerabilities and target their training.
N/A not used any others.
