Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use it for annual SAT and (but not limited to) weekly Scam of the Week informational updates, weekly Phishing Simulation emails and training, and monitoring and reporting phishing emails via PhishER.

Pros

  • Up to date training modules.
  • Realistic simulated phishing email templates.
  • Tracking user phish prone percentage.
  • Identify areas to concentrate security training.

Cons

  • The ability to proactively identify delivered phishing emails.
  • We have seen our prone percentage drop dramatically to under the national average.
  • Our end users are much more aware of phishing attempts.
  • Our end users question suspicious emails and communications and report on a higher percentage.
It keeps it current and more relevant.
I am not sure I understand the question. With provisioning, accounts are auto-generated and auto-deleted upon deactivation.
Phish-prone percentage, training completion, tracking repeat offenders, etc.
Because it is very user-friendly and generates positive results, it is a very results-driven tool that will improve your overall security if used properly.
