We use KnowBe4 to send out phishing test on regular basis to all our users.
We also use the awareness training for all users.
It has been very easy to implement and work with, integration to our systems has been a breeze

Keeping the user interested is not an issue with KnowBe4, they have content for all kind of users base, so all users are following the training
We sync users with AD, with groups, manager and departments, making it easy to create specific training
Currently it is Phishing click rate, we use that as KPI's
KnowBe4 had better options in Phisihng templates and a very good option with content in training
