Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We are a healthcare company, so being targeted by phishing emails and other malicious attacks is very common. With KnowBe4, we can train our users to look out for these emails better. We have also given them the Phish ER button in Outlook to report anything that could happen to get through.

  • Provided training we didn't have, one email can bring you down, and that is worth something you can't scale.
The training modules that we use are really enjoyed by people. I will be honest; my users complain about any additional training they have to do because healthcare already makes them do a lot, so I get it. With these quick 5-minute modules I can assign each month, people are able to do them, and we keep their skills sharp with the newest forms of attacks that are out there.
We provision from Entra, and it makes things very easy. As soon as the user is created on our end, they get synced over to KnowBe4. From there, that user is sent a welcome email and enrolled in the onboarding training that we have set up. Once again, this is all automated for us, and we have nothing to do besides make the account initially on 365.
The main reports we pull are a few custom reports that we have set up to show us who has not completed their failed phishing test training or onboarding training and users who we would consider high risk. These are automatically generated after you tailor the report and emailed to you. It's pretty simple once you get the report the way you want it to be.
You will need a representative to go through a few calls with you to get everything set up for your organization. Is this bad, in my opinion? No, but others may not have the time compared to those who do. I enjoyed the calls because they allowed me to ask the questions I had then and there and learn the product better, so I didn't have to bombard them with tickets and questions later.

This software has helped us improve our internal security posture with malicious emails and provides me with monthly training to keep our users sharp. The phishing tests are automated, and we do nothing each month to have them sent out. This software helps us identify who is at risk as a user and works with them to train them on identifying these better. You are only as strong as your weakest employee, as they say.
