Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

We use [Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)] to review PDF tax returns generated by tax software, use type and use stamp and other features including convert documents to pdf, print pictures to PDF fill in forms

  • Type on documents
  • Save and store
  • Coordination with my tax software prosystem fx so I don't have to use Adobe
  • Better manuals for finding how to do things
  • Needs clear training videos
  • Stop pop ups from the software
  • Provide better custom interface so I can customize what functions are on my screen
  • Cost
  • Flexible as opposed to other apps in operation
  • Time savings for converting to pdf
  • Ocr conversion and scans save time

Could use a check stamp and enhance custom designer stamps
[Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)] is good for what it does well conversions of documents to other apps and from other apps[.]

It is hard to find items in the screens had to search for how to change fonts and sizes in apps this part needs to be enhanced need to have a option to make background clear for overwrite like to be able to overlay one pdf over another[.]
