Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready

Kronos support is great in the ability for a representative to take our needs seriously and respond with care, however, there are times when the need for support was time sensitive (for payroll processing purposes) and the response rate caused us hiccups in our timeline. Our company also has many customized options to our package and company build and at times things were miscommunicated in regards to the builds - this was only in the beginning though and has since been great.
Kronos Workforce Ready is being used by our organization across four companies and it has helped us to streamline our processes, as well as improved our efficiency. Our employees are using it for timekeeping and personnel files and documents, while our corporate office is using it for payroll, scheduling, employee file upkeep, credential tracking, and much more!
  • The timekeeping feature in Kronos Workforce Ready is easy for anyone to use, from supervisor to staff level, and also for a multitude of employee types.
  • Kronos Workforce Ready allows us to process payroll in less than one day - compared to three full days with the last software we used!
  • Being able to send email notifications for expiring credentials, as well as creating a customized to-do checklist for employees is a really helpful tool.
  • Kronos Workforce Ready could be a little bit more compatible with Apple products.
  • An easy, more useful app would be great to help encourage our employees to use Kronos.
  • More customization when it comes to personnel file categories would be nice.
  • Our payroll processing time has decreased significantly, as well as the number of payroll errors incurred.
  • Tracking of employee hours worked has improved and become much simpler.
  • Being able to get a full overall view as an administrator on each employee helps with salary negotiations, and reviews.
Kronos Workforce Ready has TimeForce beat in every single area involving timekeeping and payroll. Kronos has allowed us to decrease our payroll processing time - down from three full days to less than one day. The ability to use Kronos as a time clock with each punch in and out recorded is also an improvement from TimeForce.

Product features was key for us. We were looking for something to really launch our efficiency goals and revamp our old processes. We needed a system that not only improved on what we were using at the time, but took everything to a whole new level - it was "go big or go home" for us. Kronos brought us home.
Before Kronos Workforce Ready, our HR Department was manually tracking each employee's medical and license expirations. With the notification and tracking features in Kronos, a simple report helps us get a quick eye on each of these areas, as well as gives us the ability to skip sending out notifications to employees manually.
