Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

We use UKG Ready for Recruiting, HR, Time, and Payroll. As a 24/7 healthcare provider we love the integration with scheduling and true integration across modules.

Pros

  • Integration across modules - no double data entry!
  • Robust reporting functionality
  • Intuitive platform - easy user experience
  • VERY customizable to meet specific use cases

Cons

  • Given how customizable it is, there is a LONG learning curve for new system admin users
  • Sometimes is hard to see the ripple effects of changing a setting - it would be nice to see ahead of time what else that setting impacts
  • I'd love to see mass exports of employee documents - for example there are times we have to send hard copies of something like flu shots to an external partner for all our staff
  • ACA compliance features save a HUGE amount of time - better than other systems I've used.
  • Generation of compliance reports like EEO-1 & OSHA 300s are a breeze - far more efficient that previous manual processes
  • Reporting functionality has really allowed us to better schedule staff to reduce OT and identify inefficiencies
Overall a great suite of tools. UKG Ready is a great partner to keep us innovating new and better ways of doing things. I appreciate UKG Ready's investment in thinking about the future.
Depends on the product - some integrations have been easier than others
UKG Ready's truly integrated system has reduced errors caused by duplicate data entry and has increased employee confidence in the system and the admin team.
UKG Ready has far better integration across modules and offers more customization for different use needs. We could not find another system that checked all those boxes for us.
