Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready
We use UKG Ready for everything. HR, Payroll, Benefits, Timekeeping....
We switched from 4 systems to UKG Ready. We are also still adding modules

Pros
- Everything being in one place and our staff only needing 1 login
- allowing Ees to change their own info
- documenting all requests and changes to timesheets and who did it
- Benefits
- Allowing checklists for tasks so nothing gets missed
- Allowing onboarding off site on any computer
- allowing tasks to be done on Ee phones through app
- allowing burst messages to all employees or by class, etc
Cons
- performance

- changing passwords
- It makes employees accountable for their time/pay/etc
- The information sharing features has improved communication throughout the whole company
- By streamlining functions for both HR and payroll, has given more time back to actually focus on employees instead of tasks
It has increased engagement tremendously. We generally post important information as a pop up around payroll when everyone is getting in to check their paystub. We used to post on bulletin boards and inevitably someone would come later and missed a deadline etc because they didn't know. Now I can reach everyone!!

The only one on the same playing field in my opinion is Workday. However, workday cannot tailor to a smaller company like UKG Ready does. The rest had some good points but lacked a component or had a very dysfunctional component.
