Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

We use it for our HRIS system. It helps us to process payroll, track time, handle benefits and employee records. We use it for all staff. We also use it for recruitment, basically from the very start to the end of an employee life cycle.

Pros

  • Gives Managers access to their staff info

  • Recruitment module
  • Flow of information between some modules is still clunky
  • Better ability to carve out security access
  • Reduced payroll staff by .5 FTE

Our staff and supervisors find the system easy to use and navigate
We have a few integrations and it is difficult to get access to the data feeds in the event there is an error. You have to go through a specialist at UKG Ready integrations and they are a small team.
UKG Ready really provides our supervisors the flexibility to meet their personal and business needs. The staff management can be done from anywhere, on any computer and also their phone. It makes approving payroll super convenient.
We have used UKG Ready for the last 6 years.
