Overall Satisfaction with LastPass

We use it in our department to be a password manager but also share sensitive data with co-workers. The main business problem we use it for is to help us manage passwords for all of the different logins we have to maintain the different software we use. It is used mainly on an individual basis and it works great.

Okta is much more locked down than LastPass. LastPass is more flexible and it gives the user more control over what they want to do. Okta really is for an IT department to manage your applications and passwords for you. It is not flexible. LastPass, on the other hand, is really flexible but likely not as easy for IT to regulate.
It is a pretty simple use case for us. We use to store passwords that are used for different web applications and logins. So it works for that 100% of the time. Outside of the simple use case, I am not sure there is a scenario where it is not well suited.
