Overall Satisfaction with LastPass for Business

All users have the LastPass web add-on installed and utilize it for all business website logins. The Support Department also utilizes it to store client passwords for website accounts and logins. It keeps us from having to manually track passwords in a file format.
  • Has a very granular policy settings allowing for excellent control of the product.
  • Browser add-in works in all 3 browsers very well.
  • Support is only via email, disappointing you cannot speak with a live person.
  • Very inconsistent and disappointing behavior with linking personal vault accounts.
  • We just use the product so no ROI.
  • Product has helped with better use of employee time.
Both are very comparable products. LastPass has more granular policy settings and controls, which is why we picked it. But Dashlane, in my opinion, was easier to set up and easier to use.
Very granular policy settings. You can turn up or down your controls and have many complex configurations if desired. The added ability to add a personal vault is extremely well received by the end-users.
If you would like to reduce the number of passwords a user has to maintain down to one, or if you have issues with users forgetting passwords. Also, if your company shares lots of logins, this is a better way to control and maintain those logins across multiple users.
