Overall Satisfaction with LastPass for Business

We are currently using it across multiple departments in our company. Mostly it helps with the privacy of passwords and the problem we had of keeping shared passwords updated with all of the people that needed access to the platforms.
  • Passwords stay current and safe.
  • Easily sharable while maintaining privacy.
  • Access to see people's activity within the platforms based on use of the passwords.
  • The new user setup
  • Live support
  • Simple sharing of passwords for shared platforms.
  • Credit card info sharing safely.
We have not seen an increase in difficulty of use. As we add teams, members, users, and passwords, it seems to be able to keep up pretty well.

I would like better support, live chat would be very nice.
Honestly, over all, it's been a great new tool.
LastPass for Business is well suited because it really makes the communication from sharing a password go from multiple attempts and emails back and forth to a simple email and click. It is less appropriate for a really large group due to cost.
